Call for Proposals 2022 (IFUdG2022)

Information to fill in the form

This form will be active from 08/04/2022 until 29/04/2022, at which time no further modifications or submission will be allowed.

Once the applicant identifies himself/herself for the first time, the draft of the initiated form will be saved and may be recovered, modified and/or extended at any time within the previous period.

It is IMPORTANT that if modifications are made, they must be validated, and the application must be resubmitted on the last screen. Changes not validated, sent and signed will not be taken into consideration.

Once the form has been completed and sent electronically, a receipt will be generated in which the signatures of the following persons must be included:

  • Applicant
  • Thesis Director
  • Thesis co-director (if applicable)
  • Head(s) of the thesis supervisor's group
  • Head(s) of the thesis co-director's group (if applicable)

IMPORTANT: Signatures must be all in the same format, all electronic or all handwritten.

This justification must be sent to the OITT, always within the application deadline:

  • Through the electronic registry of the UdG, if all signatures are electronic.
  • Or through a UdG registry office or at the locations detailed in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, October 1, on common administrative procedure of public administrations, if all signatures are manual.

If more than one application is submitted, only the last one will be considered.

Much of the information that will be necessary to complete the form will be selected from the data that will be offered by the document itself, and that has its origin in the various databases of the UdG. If an error is detected, or an error message is given in the automatic data that will appear, it should be notified to so that it can be clarified/corrected and continue with the form. In some cases it will be because the GREC will not have the information (SGR, project, agreement...) and it will be necessary that the applicant or the thesis director, previously, send it to the OITT. For this reason we recommend to confirm the data entered in the GREC and/or start the application as soon as possible.

This call for applications uses inclusive language and does not discriminate on the basis of gender. Following the recommendations of the UdG Guide for an egalitarian use of language, the generic masculine has been used - as unmarked gender - when it has been considered that the clarity and intelligibility of the text made it advisable.
